Nip Roller

We are proud to be able to offer the Turanlar UK range of Nip Roller machinery. The machine comes in 3 different widths depending upon your specific needs.

Nip rollers as most commonly called in the UK market (other names may include pinch rollers or roller press) are used for flat bonding various materials to a substrate with the help of a contact adhesive. Laminate & PVC are what a vast majority of our customers bond to Chipboard, MDF or Plywood chipboard; however we have customers who have used this machine to stick aluminium to a substrate or veneer in some instances. These machines are not limited with the length of the work pieces and are more energy efficient than regular presses .There isn't a time limit on these machines either like on presses. They take up less floor space even with their in feed and out feed tables and are a must for continuous mass flat bonding production when using contact adhesives to stick products together. All our nip rollers come with infeed and outfeed roller tables as seen on the images. They also come standard with motorised thickness adjustment rather than manual as on older machines.
