Milling Machine

We are proud to be able to offer the Turanlar UK range of milling machines. The machine comes in 3 different sizes and specifications depending upon your requirements. The range of milling machines available are perfect for milling specific edged profiles on MDF, Chipboard or Compact Laminate. These are useful for companies looking to simplify and improve efficiency and safety of their milling process while speeding up production.

The different models available offer different specification for example the T-FC-180 is our simplest machine with just one cutting unit. On the T-FC-196 you have an additional grooving saw and the T-FC-198 is one step further with two cutting heads and a grooving saw unit. All models come with adjustable track speed as standard.

In addition our T-FC-198 model can be modified so that it has a polishing/spray unit which has proved popular within the cubicle manufacturing of Compact Laminate. As well as adding a clean profile to the edge of the panel it can also spray oil onto the edge of the profile followed by a buffing station to clean and polish the edge.
